Our Story
Sadie's Bagels started with a simple idea: make bagels the way they're supposed to be made. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just flour, water, malt, yeast, salt, a little sugar, and time.
Named after our founder's beloved dog, Sadie has been our faithful taste-tester and shop mascot since day one. Her discerning palate (and love of dropped crumbs) keeps us honest.
What began as a weekend hobby quickly grew into a passion project, then a neighborhood staple. Today, we're proud to serve our community with the same care and attention we put into our very first batch.
